Payment Terms

Deposit (30%) due at time of booking to definitively confirm services.
Final balance due no later than September 02, 2026.
Payment via Pay By Link (Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bank Transfer).
International transaction fees and USD/EUR currency exchange commissions apply and will be indicated at time of payment.

Cancellation Policy & Penalties

The trip is subject to a 100% cancellation fee from the moment the booking is confirmed. Many included services are non-refundable by local suppliers.

Grace period for deposit recovery:
· Booked more than 120 days before departure: 8-day grace period from payment date to recover full deposit.
· Booked within 120 days of departure: maximum 48 hours to revoke and recover deposit.
After these windows, the booking is fully non-refundable.

Optional Flight Service

The organiser offers an optional international flight ticketing service upon express request. If purchased, flights are treated as a standalone service, not part of the regulated package holiday. The organiser assumes no liability for airline-related issues (delays, cancellations, lost baggage, overbooking, etc.). Any claims must be submitted directly to the operating airline.

Your Rights (EU Directive 2015/2302)

· At least one professional is always responsible for proper execution of all included services.
· You will receive an emergency contact number for the organiser.
· You may transfer the package to another person (reasonable notice required; additional costs may apply).
· Price increases are only permitted for specific cost changes (e.g. fuel), no later than 20 days before departure, and only if contractually provided. If the increase exceeds 8%, you may terminate the contract.
· If significant elements cannot be provided after the tour starts, suitable alternatives must be offered at no extra cost.
· The organiser must provide assistance if you are in difficulty.
