Payment Terms

· Deposit: 30% due at time of booking to definitively lock in services.
· Final balance: due no later than September 02, 2026.
· How to pay: Pay By Link (Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bank Transfer).
· International transaction fees and USD/EUR currency exchange commissions apply and will be indicated at time of payment.

Cancellation Policy & Penalties

The trip is subject to a 100% cancellation fee from the moment the booking becomes definitive.

Cooling-Off / Grace Period:
· Booked more than 120 days before departure: 8-day grace period from payment date to recover full deposit.
· Booked within 120 days of departure: maximum 48 hours to revoke and recover deposit.
After these windows, the booking is fully non-refundable.
Note: International flights to/from Palermo (PMO) are not included in cancellation coverage.

International Flight Service (Optional)

Upon express request, the organiser offers an optional flight ticketing service. If purchased, flights are treated as a standalone service, not part of the regulated package holiday. The organiser assumes no liability for airline-related issues (delays, cancellations, lost baggage, overbooking, etc.). Claims must be submitted directly to the operating airline.

Recommended flights: Outbound IAD 15:25 → PMO 10:15 (+1) · Return PMO 11:55 → IAD 19:25 (indicative, subject to airline changes).

Your Rights (EU Directive 2015/2302)

· At least one professional is always responsible for proper execution of all included services.
· You will receive an emergency contact number for the organiser.
· You may transfer the package to another person (reasonable notice required; additional costs may apply).
· Price increases only permitted for specific cost changes (e.g. fuel), no later than 20 days before departure. If the increase exceeds 8%, you may terminate the contract.
· If significant elements cannot be provided after the tour starts, suitable alternatives must be offered at no extra cost.
· The organiser must provide assistance if you are in difficulty.
